I believe my calling is exactly what I’ve doing for 35 years, bringing wonder, awe, compassion and respect to coaching sessions, training and facilitation. I’ve always been interested in listening, learning and supporting people on their life path, building a relationship based on trust, vulnerability and the power of self-agency to best respond to challenging work and life circumstances. I believe my clients possess the inner wisdom to know what’s best, and I am there to encourage authenticity and trust in building their own path. Who am I when I am not coaching? I am a mom, a friend, a grandmother, a lover of the raw beauty of nature, a life-long learner. I worked, lived and explored for many years before I discovered coaching, and I believe this makes me a better coach.

Federal government executives and employees are my specialty, but I also provide services to non-profit organizations, professionals associations, municipalities, police departments and 9-1-1 centres, as well as to individual professionals and entrepreneurs. Typically, my clients are individuals navigating their mid or late career, who want more out of their life. Sometimes they are stretched too thin between work and family demands and challenges; or they may need to enhance their skillset to get to the next step in their career. They want to find effective, lasting solutions and identify new possibilities with the help of an experienced coach.

I am based in the Ottawa-Gatineau area in Canada. I provide in-person services in the National Capital Region, as well as throughout Canada and internationally. I also offer virtual sessions world-wide on Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other platforms.
